The Work order section controls what customers see on portal work orders.
Use it to show only the details that matter.
Open the portal you want to edit.
Select Work order in the left menu.
Decide whether to show prices, materials, documents, images, and notes.
Choose whether customers can view notes, add notes, and open order PDFs.
