# Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT)

With **Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT)**, you collect feedback after a completed work order.

CSAT stands for **Customer Satisfaction Survey**.

You activate CSAT through the **License Manager**.

Power-Ups are available from **Boost**.

You can set up only **one** survey per OutSmart environment.

CSAT supports only a **5-star rating**.

Open questions are not available.

Use CSAT to send one standard survey after completed work orders.
