View completed CSAT surveys in the overview under Settings.
You find completed CSAT surveys under Settings.
There, you review the rating for each survey.
Click Settings in the lower-left corner.
Search for Customer Satisfaction Survey and open the setting.
In the overview, you see the completed surveys.
Click a survey to open the details.
Under Settings → Customer Satisfaction Survey.
