Register cylinders so KoudSmart can track stock and refrigerant movements.

Cylinders are the stock containers used in your refrigerant process.

A good cylinder setup improves traceability and stock accuracy.

What to register per cylinder

• a unique identifier
• the refrigerant type
• a clear description
• the current stock level

Open cylinder setup

Go to the cylinder step in KoudSmart.

Add the cylinder details

Enter the identifier, description, refrigerant, and stock.

Repeat for other cylinders

Add every cylinder that belongs in the reporting flow.

Save and review

Check for duplicates before you continue.

Frequently asked questions

Can multiple cylinders use the same refrigerant?

Yes.

Each cylinder still needs its own unique identity.

Why does duplicate control matter?

Duplicate entries can distort stock and reporting.

Does stock change automatically later?
