Activate Object Management

Enable Object Management in the BackOffice so objects become available in your workflow.

You activate Object Management through Feature Settings in the BackOffice.

After activation, the object-related screens become available in the BackOffice and app flow.

Availability depends on your package, license, and permissions.

Use OutSmart packages to check whether Asset Management is included.

Open the OutSmart BackOffice.

Go to Settings → Feature Settings.

Search for the object or asset feature.

Turn on Object Management or Asset Management.

Then save your changes.

Open the BackOffice navigation.

Check that the object section is now available.

Who can activate Object Management?

Usually only users with administrator rights or similar permissions.

How quickly is Object Management available?

The feature is usually available immediately after saving.

Where do I find it after activation?

You find the object-related pages in the BackOffice once the feature is enabled.
