Activate PlanSmart through the License Manager

Purchase and activate the Planning AI Power-Up so PlanSmart becomes available.

You activate PlanSmart through the License Manager in the BackOffice.

After activation, the PlanSmart setup becomes available.

Log in to the BackOffice

Open the OutSmart BackOffice.

Sign in with an administrator account.

Open your profile menu

Move to the top-right corner.

Click the user profile icon.

Open the License Manager

Choose License Manager from the menu.

Start an order

Click Order in the top-right corner.

Add Planning AI

Find the Planning AI Power-Up.

Complete the order steps.

Open PlanSmart settings

Go to Settings → PlanSmart.

The setup wizard is now available.

Activation is available immediately after the order is completed.
