Set job load and worker load

Configure load indicators so PlanSmart can balance work more intelligently.

PlanSmart can use load values when it assigns work.

This helps balance work across employees.

What PlanSmart can use

For job load, you can use values from:

• work order fields
• material free fields
• calculated material values

For worker load, you can use values from:

• employee free fields
• vehicle values

Open the load step

Go to Settings → PlanSmart.

Open Job and worker load.

Set the job load source

Choose the source type.

Then choose the correct field number.

Save the settings

Save your changes.

Then run a test optimization.
