Open the BackOffice

Sign in with an account that can manage licenses.

Open your profile menu

Click the user profile icon in the top-right corner.

Open the License Manager

Choose License Manager.

Start an order

Click Order.

Add Power BI

Find Power BI in the available list.

Complete the order steps.

Open Data Sync

Go to Settings → Data Sync.

Check that the Power BI settings are available.

Usually only administrators can activate Power-Ups.
