Activate Premium Academy through the License Manager

Activate Premium Academy so your users can open the learning platform from OutSmart.

Activate Premium Academy through the License Manager.

After activation, users can open the Academy from OutSmart.

Click the user profile icon in the top-right corner.

Choose License Manager.

Click Order.

Find Premium Academy in the available list.

Complete the order steps.

Open your user menu and check that Academy is available.

Usually only administrators can activate Power-Ups.

How quickly is Premium Academy available?

Usually right after the order is completed.

Who can activate Premium Academy?

Usually an administrator.

What if I already use Maximize?

Premium Academy is already included.

You only need to check that access is available.
