# Open Premium Academy and start learning

Users can open Premium Academy directly from OutSmart.

There is no separate sign-in step.

### Open Premium Academy

You can open the Academy from:

* the **user menu**
* the **employee page**
* a direct course or program link

### Open the user menu

Click your **user profile icon** in the top-right corner.

### Choose Academy

Select **Academy**.

The Academy opens in a new tab.

Check your recommended courses and your progress.

Open the course that fits your work best.
