Manage Sub-administration capacity

Check how many sub-administrations you can still create.

Your Sub-administrations setup controls how many administrations you can create.

If you have reached the limit, create space first or add more capacity.

What to check

Check these points first:

• how many sub-administrations you already use
• whether you can still create another one
• whether deleted sub-administrations have freed up space

Open Administrations

Go to Settings → Administrations.

Check whether creation is available

Look for Create administration.

If it is not available, you may have reached the current limit.

Open the License Manager if needed

Go to License Manager when you need more capacity.

Confirm the result

Return to Administrations and check that you can create a new one.

What happens if I reach the limit?

You cannot create another sub-administration until space is available.

Does deleting a sub-administration create space again?

Usually yes.

After deletion, you can use that space again.
