Use sub-administrations in the mobile app

Switch between administrations in the OutSmart app.

The OutSmart app supports Sub-administrations.

Users can work in the administration they have access to.

What this helps with

• open the right administration on mobile
• keep work separated per administration
• let users work in the same environment as the BackOffice

Open the app settings

Open the OutSmart app.

Then open Settings.

Open the administration selector

Find the administration option.

Choose an administration

Select the administration you want to use.

Wait for the app to refresh

The app reloads with the selected administration.

Do I need to sign out first?

No.

You can switch from the app settings.

Will I see every administration in the app?

No.

You only see the administrations you can access.

Does the app keep the selected administration?

Usually yes.

The app continues in the last selected administration until you switch again.
