# Early access and troubleshooting

## Early access and troubleshooting

Use this page when the app crashes, behaves unexpectedly, or you need support.

Early access builds can change often.

If you are testing new functionality, report issues with clear steps and screenshots when possible.

Early access and beta builds can include unfinished changes.

### If the app crashes

Take these steps first:

1. Reopen the app and confirm whether the problem repeats.
2. Note the steps that triggered the crash.
3. Capture screenshots if you can.
4. Record your device model, Android version, and app version.

### What to send with a report

* what you were doing
* whether the issue happens every time
* screenshots or screen recordings
* device and app version details

### Early access and beta feedback

If you use an early access or beta build, send feedback through [the NEXT feedback page](https://out-smart.com/next-feedback).

### Contact support

For direct help, contact <support@out-smart.com>.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://knowledge.out-smart.com/mobile-app/android-outsmart-next/early-access-and-troubleshooting.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
