Review earlier work orders and forms for a client in Android OutSmart NEXT.

Client history

Client history helps you prepare for a visit.

It shows previous work orders and forms for the selected client.

History information

Work orders are grouped by date. Each entry shows its planning time, title, summary, and status colour.

Forms show an icon for their form type, including Visual Forms.

View client history

Open the client

Open the client record and select History.

Select a history type

Switch between Work orders and Forms.

Open an entry

Tap a work order or form to view it.

When preview is enabled, a work order can open as a PDF or as the work order itself.

Refresh results

Pull down to refresh the current list.

Access and availability

Your role controls which history types you can view.

The app shows a message when you do not have access.
