Profiles and license plan

View your user profile, company details, and current license plan.

Settings includes information about you, your company, and its subscription.

These screens are for viewing information managed by your company.

Your profile shows your first name, last name, and employee number.

You can also open Certificates, switch administrations when available, or log out.

The active administration only appears when your account has multiple administrations.

The company profile shows the company logo, name, address, and contact details.

It can include the postcode, city, phone number, invoice email, website, and work order recipient.

Company details are view-only in the app.

Open Current plan to see your company’s OutSmart license plan.

Go to Settings.

Open User profile, Company profile, or Current plan.

Check the information you need.

Contact your company if it needs updating.

Open your User profile and select Log out.

Confirm the action when prompted.
