Switching administrations

Switch between the administrations linked to your Android OutSmart NEXT account.

An administration is a separate company environment with its own data.

You can switch administrations when your account has more than one.

You do not see the administration option when your account has only one.

Go to Settings and open your User profile.

Select the Administration row.

You only see this row when switching is available.

Select an administration from the list.

The app returns to your profile with the new administration active.

Main administration marks the primary company environment.

Current marks your active administration. Selecting it does not change anything.

Work orders, clients, and materials update to match the administration you select.
