Visual forms

A Visual Form places fields on your company’s PDF layout.

Use it for inspections, service reports, and other fixed-format documents.

What you can do

• Enter text, dates, choices, drawings, and signatures.
• Add photos, scan barcodes, and capture locations.
• Link an object or equipment item and rename the form.
• Validate required fields and preview the finished PDF.

Complete form fields

Tap text fields to type. Tap date and time fields to choose a value.

Checkboxes allow several selections. Radio groups allow one. Cross-out fields mark choices.

Photo fields let you take a photo or select one from your gallery. You can draw, share, or delete the photo afterward.

Some fields fill automatically from the work order or linked object. Reset them from the menu when needed.

Use page arrows to move through multi-page forms.

Complete a Visual Form

Open the form

Open the work order, select Forms, then open the Visual Form.

Complete fields

Enter the requested values on each page.

Use the page controls to move through multi-page forms.

Add supporting data

Add photos, signatures, drawings, barcodes, or a GPS location when required.

Validate the form

Open the menu and select Validate form.

The app highlights missing required fields and opens the affected page.

Preview and finish

Use Preview form when available.

Leave the form to save your entries. The app saves entries as you work.

Useful options

You can link an object or equipment item from the menu. The object code can update the form name when configured.

Use Show info to check form details. Adjust text size or show field borders for clearer inputs.

The completed form is sent with the work order.
