Object templates and states

Add objects faster with templates and record their current state.

Object templates and states

Templates prefill a new object with standard details.

Object states record the asset’s current condition.

Object options

The work order Objects list supports search and sorting by name, code, or row number.

You can add a new object, scan a QR code, or select an object from the catalogue.

Object details can include a picture, code, description, type, brand, model, price, address, client, floor, location, GPS position, serial number, and relevant dates.

The description is required. Your company can also add custom fields.

Choose Add new object.

2

3

The description is required.

Other ways to add objects

You can scan a QR code or select an object from the catalogue.

Templates only apply during creation. They do not apply to existing objects.

If an option is missing

Your role, work order status, or company setup controls available actions.

Lists can be empty when no templates or states exist. Pull down to refresh either list.

A locked or read-only work order does not allow object creation.
