Material Catalog

Use the catalog when you need to find existing materials quickly.

The catalog can show both Categories and Materials.

What you can do

• browse large catalogs by category
• search by material name or code
• scan a code to add a material faster

Open the catalog

Open Materials, then choose Catalog.

Find the material

Browse categories or use search.

Scan a code when that is faster.

Add the item

Select the material and add it to the work order.

Review the quantity before you continue.

Keep in mind

Catalog search helps when the material list is large.

Some setups require all materials to come from the catalog.
