Pick stock from a warehouse when warehouse use is enabled.

Warehouses

Use Warehouses to select stocked materials from a warehouse.

The same screen can also be reused for object and warehouse picker flows.

What you can do

• pick stock from an available warehouse
• search and browse warehouse groups
• return a selected warehouse in picker flows

Open Warehouses

Open Materials, then choose Warehouses.

Find the warehouse

Search for the warehouse you need.

Expand the structure when the list shows warehouse groups.

Select the result

Choose the warehouse or material you need.

In picker mode, the screen returns the selection immediately.

Keep in mind

Warehouse selection can be mandatory for a material.

The screen can show different empty states when warehouses are hidden or missing.
