# Aktivieren Sie CSAT über den Lizenzmanager

Sie aktivieren **CSAT** über die **Lizenz-Manager** im BackOffice.

Nach der Aktivierung, **Kundenzufriedenheitsumfrage** erscheint in **Einstellungen**.

Öffnen Sie das OutSmart BackOffice und melden Sie sich an.
