# Lagerbestand mit Excel importieren

Verwenden Sie den Excel-Import, wenn Sie bereits Lagerbestandsdaten außerhalb von OutSmart haben.

Das ist bei der Ersteinrichtung oder Migration nützlich.

### Wann der Import hilft

Verwenden Sie den Import, wenn Sie:

* vorhandenen aktuellen Lagerbestand schneller laden
* die manuelle Eingabe für viele Artikel vermeiden
* mit einem vollständigeren Lagerbestand starten

### Bevor Sie importieren

Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihre Lager und Artikel bereits vorhanden sind.

Überprüfen Sie die Excel-Datei sorgfältig, bevor Sie sie importieren.

Validieren Sie Namen, Codes und Mengen.

### Gute Praxis

Beginnen Sie zuerst mit einer kleinen Testdatei.

Bestätigen Sie, dass die importierten Werte im richtigen Lager erscheinen.

Importieren Sie dann die restlichen Lagerbestandsdaten.
