# Power-BI-Lizenzanforderungen verstehen

Die Nutzung von Power BI hängt sowohl vom OutSmart-Zugriff als auch vom Microsoft-Zugriff ab.

Prüfen Sie beides, bevor Sie mit der Einrichtung beginnen.

### Was Sie benötigen

* ein aktives Power BI Power-Up in OutSmart
* Zugriff auf **Einstellungen → Daten-Sync**
* Zugriff auf Microsoft Power BI für Berichte

### Was zu überprüfen ist

Prüfen Sie diese Punkte in Ihrem Konto:

* das Power BI Power-Up ist aktiv
* der richtige Benutzer kann die Einrichtung verwalten
* die Einstellungen für Data Sync sind verfügbar
