# Ressourcen

**Resources** hilft Ihnen, interne Ausrüstung in OutSmart zu verwalten.

Verwenden Sie es für Anhänger, Fahrzeuge, Kräne, Werkzeuge und andere gemeinsam genutzte Anlagen.

### Kurze QA-Checkliste

Verwenden Sie diese Checkliste, um zu bestätigen, dass Resources korrekt eingerichtet ist:

* Resources ist für das aktuelle Abonnement verfügbar.
* Die Funktion ist im Konto aktiviert.
* Benutzer können den Resources-Bereich in BackOffice öffnen.
* Es existiert mindestens eine Ressourcenkategorie.
* Eine Testressource kann erstellt und gespeichert werden.
* Die Ressource ist als intern markiert.
* Die Ressource wird in der Plantafel angezeigt, nachdem eine Kategorie zugewiesen wurde.
* Die Ressource kann mit einem Arbeitsauftrag verknüpft werden.
* Tariffelder funktionieren, wenn eine nutzungsbasierte Abrechnung aktiviert ist.
