# Was sind Ressourcen?

**Ressourcen** ist die Funktion für interne Ausrüstung in OutSmart.

Verwenden Sie sie für Anlagen, die Ihr eigenes Unternehmen plant und nutzt.

Beispiele sind:

* Anhänger
* Fahrzeuge
* Krane
* Werkzeuge
* Messgeräte

### Wie sich Ressourcen von Objekte unterscheiden

Objekte gehören normalerweise zu einem Kunde oder einer Installation.

Ressourcen gehören Ihrem eigenen Unternehmen.

Ressourcen sind als intern gekennzeichnet.

Das bedeutet, sie:

* erscheinen nicht in der Kunde-Objekt-Übersicht
* werden im BackOffice verwaltet
* können in der Plantafel geplant werden
* können mit Arbeitsaufträge verknüpft werden

### Was Ihnen Ressourcen ermöglicht

Verwenden Sie Ressourcen, um:

* interne Ausrüstung zu erfassen
* Verfügbarkeit vor der Planung zu prüfen
* Doppelbuchungen zu vermeiden
* die Nutzung von Ausrüstung mit Tarifen abzurechnen

Bevor Sie beginnen, stellen Sie sicher:

* Die Funktion Ressourcen ist für Ihr Konto aktiv
* die richtigen Benutzer auf das Setup zugreifen können
