# Einführung in Sub-Administrationen

**Sub-Administrationen** ermöglichen es Ihnen, mehr als eine Administration in OutSmart zu verwalten.

Jede Administration führt ihre eigenen täglichen Daten.

### Was Sie mit Sub-Administrationen tun

* Kunden, Arbeitsaufträge, Rechnungen und Einstellungen getrennt halten
* mehrere Administrationsbereiche von einer zentralen Hauptumgebung aus verwalten
* zwischen Administrations wechseln, ohne sich abzumelden
* gemeinsam genutzte Einstellungen bei Bedarf synchron halten

### Wann Sub-Administrationen passen

Verwenden Sie Sub-Administrationen, wenn Sie Folgendes verwalten:

* mehrere Unternehmen
* mehrere Niederlassungen
* getrennte Teams oder Geschäftseinheiten

### So funktioniert es

Sie starten mit einer Hauptadministration.

Von dort aus erstellen und verwalten Sie Ihre Sub-Administrationen.

Jede Sub-Administration kann ihre eigene Einrichtung und ihre eigenen Benutzer haben.
