# Verträge importieren

Verwenden **Vertragsimport** wenn Sie viele Verträge auf einmal erstellen müssen.

Das ist bei einer Migration oder bei umfangreichen Einrichtungsarbeiten nützlich.

### Was der Import umfasst

Ein Vertragsimport kann Folgendes umfassen:

* Vertragsdaten
* Daten der Arbeitsauftragsvorlage
* Daten für wiederkehrende Zeitpläne für präventive Verträge

### Bevor Sie importieren

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die erforderlichen Referenzdaten bereits vorhanden sind.

Dazu gehören z. B. Vertragsbedingungen, Kunden und andere verknüpfte Datensätze.

Validieren Sie die Datei vor dem Import sorgfältig.
