# Einführung in Zertifikate

**Zertifikate** ist die HR-Funktion zur Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterzertifizierungen und Qualifikationen.

Sie verwenden sie, um zu erfassen, welche Zertifikate Mitarbeiter besitzen und wann sie ablaufen.
