# Zertifikatablaufdaten verfolgen

Das Nachverfolgen von Ablaufdaten hilft Ihnen, Zertifikate gültig zu halten und Verlängerungen rechtzeitig zu planen.

OutSmart ermittelt den Status des Zertifikats anhand des Startdatums und des Ablaufdatums.

### Zertifikatsstatus

Ein Zertifikat kann sein:

* **Aktiv**
* **Abgelaufen**
* **Noch nicht gültig**

Verwenden Sie die Mitarbeiter-Zertifikatsübersicht, um Zertifikate zu finden, die Maßnahmen erfordern.

Gehen Sie zu **HRM → Mitarbeiterzertifikate**.
