# Was ist CRM+?

CRM+ erweitert OutSmart CRM um einen Vertriebstrichter.

Sie arbeiten mit **Konto-Varianten**, **Lead-Phasen**, und **Abschlussgründe**.

So können Sie Leads strukturiert nachverfolgen.

### Was CRM+ ergänzt

* **Konto-Varianten** definieren, wie Sie Beziehungen kategorisieren.
* **Lead-Phasen** zeigen, an welcher Stelle sich ein Lead im Prozess befindet.
