# Konversationsmodus einrichten

Konfigurieren Sie die eingehende E-Mail-Adresse und überwachen Sie die tägliche E-Mail-Verarbeitung.

**Conversations-Modus** verarbeitet eingehende E-Mails automatisch.

Sie erhalten eine eigene eingehende E-Mail-Adresse für Mail to WorkOrder.

### Was der Conversations-Modus macht

Wenn eine E-Mail an die eingehende E-Mail-Adresse gesendet wird, prüft OutSmart die aktiven Mail-Konfigurationen.

Wenn eine Konfiguration übereinstimmt, erstellt OutSmart einen Arbeitsauftrag mit der konfigurierten Logik.
