# Verträge importieren

Importieren Sie Verträge gesammelt, wenn Sie Daten migrieren oder viele Vereinbarungen gleichzeitig einrichten.

Verwendung **Vertragsimport** wenn Sie viele Verträge auf einmal erstellen müssen.

Das ist bei einer Migration oder größeren Einrichtungsarbeiten nützlich.

### Was der Import umfasst

Ein Vertragsimport kann Folgendes umfassen:

* Vertragsdaten
* Daten der Arbeitsauftragsvorlage
* Daten für die Wiederkehrende Planung vorbeugender Verträge

### Vor dem Import

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die erforderlichen Referenzdaten bereits vorhanden sind.

Dazu zählen beispielsweise Vertragsbedingungen, Kunden und andere verknüpfte Datensätze.

Validieren Sie die Datei vor dem Import sorgfältig.
