## Hinzufügen und Verwalten von Material und Artikeln

Registrieren Sie Material während des Auftrags oder bevor Sie den Arbeitsauftrag abschließen.

Verwenden Sie **Materialkatalog** wenn der Artikel bereits existiert.

Verwenden Sie **Neuer Artikel (Material)** wenn Sie eine Ad-hoc-Zeile benötigen.

Die **Material** Abschnitt kann gemeinsame Katalogartikel, Lagerbestand im Lager und manuelle Einträge enthalten.

### Gängige Möglichkeiten zum Hinzufügen von Material

* Wählen Sie einen Artikel aus **Materialkatalog**.
* Wählen Sie Lagerbestand aus **Lager**.
* Fügen Sie eine manuelle Zeile über **Neuer Artikel (Material)**.

### Katalogartikel hinzufügen

Fügen Sie zusätzliche Preis- oder Einheitsdetails hinzu, wenn Ihre Konfiguration dies zulässt.

Verwenden Sie klare Beschreibungen für Ad-hoc-Zeilen, damit sie im abgeschlossenen Arbeitsauftrag verständlich bleiben.

### Beachten Sie

* Der Zugriff auf das Lager kann eingeschränkt sein.
* Preisfelder können schreibgeschützt sein.
