# Maak een artikel

Maak een artikel aan wanneer je dezelfde productgegevens in meerdere documenten wilt hergebruiken.

Ga naar **Artikelen** om te beginnen.

### Open Artikelen

Log in op de **OutSmart BackOffice**.

Ga naar **Artikelen** in het linkermenu.

### Start een nieuw artikel

Klik op **Toevoegen** in de rechterbovenhoek.

### Vul de verplichte velden in

Voer ten minste in:

* **Artikelcode**
* **Omschrijving**
* **Eenheidsprijs**

### Voeg optionele details toe

Voeg indien nodig velden toe zoals de eenheid, btw-code, barcode, afbeelding en categorieën.

### Sla het artikel op

Klik op **Opslaan**.

Het artikel is nu beschikbaar in je catalogus.

### Goed om te weten

Gebruik vanaf het begin een duidelijke artikelcode.

Dat helpt bij zoeken, importeren en integraties.
