# Materiaalcategorieën gebruiken

Organiseer materialen in categorieën zodat medewerkers sneller het juiste product vinden.

Categorieën helpen u de materialenlijst overzichtelijk te houden.

Ze zijn vooral handig wanneer Medewerkers materialen zoeken in de mobiele app.

### Open Categoriebeheer

Ga naar **Instellingen → Categoriebeheer** in het gedeelte met materiaalinstellingen.

### Categorie aanmaken

Klik op **Voeg toe**.

Voer een unieke in **Categoriecode** en een duidelijke **Categorienaam**.

### Kies extra instellingen

Voeg desgewenst een foto toe.

Schakel in **Toon** als de categorie in de app moet worden getoond.

### Subcategorieën aanmaken wanneer nodig

Gebruik **Code van bovenliggende categorie** als de categorie onder een andere categorie valt.

### Wijs materialen toe aan de categorie

Ga naar **Materialen**.

Selecteer één of meer materialen en gebruik **Voeg toe aan categorie**.
