# Beschikbaarheid van medewerkers instellen

Bepaal op welke dagen en uren een medewerker beschikbaar is voor planning.

Stel de Beschikbaarheid van de Medewerker in om planners een duidelijke leidraad te geven in de **Planbord**.

Beschikbaarheid helpt laten zien wanneer een Medewerker normaal werkt.

### Open Medewerkers

Ga naar **Instellingen**.

Zoek naar **Medewerkers**.

### Bewerk de Medewerker

Open de Medewerker die u wilt bijwerken.

### Open Beschikbaarheid

Ga naar de **Beschikbaarheid** sectie.

### Stel de werkdagen en Uren in

Selecteer de Dagen waarop de Medewerker werkt.

Stel vervolgens één of meer tijdsblokken in voor elke Dag.

### Sla de Wijzigingen op

Klik op **Opslaan**.

### Gebruik herhalende of aangepaste Schemas

Gebruik **Herhaal Schema** wanneer dezelfde Beschikbaarheid elke Week terugkomt.

Zet dit uit wanneer u een specifieke Week wilt instellen.

Dit is handig voor Wijzigingen in roosters of parttime Schemas.
