# Planningsbordinstellingen configureren

Wijzig de indeling, weergave, interactie, kleuren en labels in het Planbord.

Gebruik **Planbordinstellingen** om aan te passen hoe de **Planbord** eruitziet en werkt.

Deze instellingen bepalen de bordindeling, het tijdsbereik, labels, zichtbaarheid en kleurgedrag.

### Open Planbordinstellingen

U kunt deze instellingen op twee manieren openen:

* van **Planbord → drie puntjes → Planbordinstellingen**
* van **Instellingen → Werkbon instellingen → Planbord**

### Wat u kunt configureren

De belangrijkste groepen met instellingen zijn:

* indeling en Werkbonnen in afwachting
* weergavebereik en tijdvakken
* interactie- en planningsgedrag
* medewerkerkleuren en labelvelden

### Instellingen die de planningweergave beïnvloeden

Belangrijke opties zijn:

* aantal dagen of weken in de weergave
* zichtbare start- en eindtijd
* tijdvakduur en tijd tussen Orders
* of Werkbonnen in afwachting onder het bord worden getoond
* of weekenden, Taken, samengevoegde Werkbonnen of gearchiveerde Orders worden getoond
* of overlappende planning is toegestaan
* of Werkbonnen per Groep worden gepland

### Instellingen die de interactie beïnvloeden

U kunt ook gedrag bepalen zoals:

* standaard start- en eindtijd voor nieuwe Werkbonnen
* of ad-hoc of aan een Groep gekoppelde Werkbonnen worden verborgen
* of Werkbonnen bij terughalen terugkeren naar een Groep
* of de samenvatting van de Werkbon eerst wordt geopend
