# Introductie tot 2BA

**2BA** is een productdatabase voor technische Artikelen in de installatiebranche.

Met de integratie in OutSmart zoekt u externe artikelgegevens direct terwijl u werkt in berekeningen, Offertes en Facturen.

### Wat u doet met 2BA

* zoeken op productnaam, beschrijving, code of GTIN
* leveranciers, Beschikbaarheid en prijzen vergelijken
* Artikelen aan uw proces toevoegen zonder ze eerst handmatig aan te maken

### Waar u 2BA gebruikt

U gebruikt 2BA bij het toevoegen van Artikelen in:

* **berekeningen**
* **Offertes**
* **Facturen**

### Wat je eerst nodig hebt

* een actieve **2BA-integratie** in OutSmart
* een geldige **2BA-account**
* toegang tot de module waarin u Artikelen toevoegt

### Hoe het proces werkt

1. Activeer 2BA.
2. Configureer uw 2BA-inloggegevens.
3. Zoek het juiste product.
4. Vergelijk leveranciers, Voorraad en prijzen.
5. Importeer het artikel in uw document.
