# Certificaten

**Certificaten** helpt je Medewerker-certificeringen en kwalificaties in OutSmart te beheren.

Gebruik deze sectie om de Power-Up te activeren, certificaattypen in te stellen, ze aan medewerkers toe te wijzen en de vervaldatum bij te houden.

Certificates is een **Power-Up**. Power-Ups zijn beschikbaar vanaf **Boost** verder. Beschikbaarheid kan ook afhangen van uw Licentie en configuratie.
