# Activeer Certificates via Functie-instellingen

Je activeert **Certificaten** via **Functie-instellingen** in de BackOffice.

Na activering wordt de certificatenmodule beschikbaar in het HR-gedeelte.

Activering kan afhankelijk zijn van je Pakket, Licentie en Rechten.

Alleen gebruikers met de juiste toegang kunnen functie-instellingen wijzigen.

### Log in op de BackOffice

Open de **OutSmart BackOffice**.

Meld je aan met een beheerdersaccount.

### Open Functie-instellingen

Ga naar **Instellingen → Functie-instellingen**.

Zoek naar de functie certificaten.

### Schakel Certificaten in

Schakel **Certificaten** of **Medewerkercertificaten**.

Sla daarna je wijzigingen op.

### Controleer de HR-module

Open de HR-sectie.

Controleer of de certificatenpagina's nu beschikbaar zijn.
