# Koppel certificaten aan vaardigheden

U kunt certificaten koppelen aan vaardigheden om te laten zien welke kwalificaties bij een vaardigheid horen.

Dit helpt u om vereisten consistenter te beheren in alle HR-gegevens.

### Waarom deze koppeling belangrijk is

Gebruik certificaatkoppelingen om:

* vereiste certificaten per vaardigheid te definiëren
* naleving duidelijker te controleren
* planning en kwalificatiecontroles te ondersteunen

De koppeling wijst niet automatisch een certificaat toe.

Medewerkers hebben nog steeds hun eigen certificaattoewijzing nodig.

### Open Vaardigheden

Ga naar **HRM → Vaardigheden**.

### Open een vaardigheid

Selecteer een bestaande vaardigheid.

Of maak eerst een nieuwe vaardigheid aan.

### Zoek de certificaatsectie

Open de sectie of het tabblad waar certificaten kunnen worden gekoppeld.

### Selecteer de vereiste certificaattypen

Kies één of meer certificaattypen voor de vaardigheid.

### Opslaan

Klik op **Opslaan**.

De vaardigheid verwijst nu naar de geselecteerde certificaten.
