# Volg vervaldata van certificaten

Het bijhouden van vervaldatums helpt je certificaten geldig te houden en verlengingen op tijd te plannen.

OutSmart bepaalt de certificaatstatus op basis van de startdatum en vervaldatum.

### Certificaatstatussen

Een certificaat kan zijn:

* **Actief**
* **Verlopen**
* **Nog niet geldig**

Gebruik het Overzicht van certificaten voor Medewerker om certificaten te vinden die actie vereisen.

### Open Medewerker-certificaten

Ga naar **HRM → Medewerker-certificaten**.

### Filter op vervaldatum

Open de filters.

Stel de periode in die je wilt bekijken.

### Sorteer de resultaten

Sorteren op **Vervaldatum**.

Dit toont eerst de meest urgente certificaten.

Klik op een resultaat om de details te bekijken.

Werk de datums bij indien nodig.

### Praktische tips

* Controleer elke week de certificaten die verlopen.
* Filter de komende 30 dagen voor verlengingen.
* Bewaar verlopen certificaten voor de geschiedenis.
