Redenen voor annulering helpen je bij het bijhouden waarom contracten vroegtijdig eindigen.

Ze maken de beëindigingsgeschiedenis consistenter.

### Waarom redenen voor annulering gebruiken

Ze helpen je:

* de registratie van beëindigingen standaardiseren
* Rapportage van annuleringspatronen
* veelvoorkomende redenen voor klantverloop begrijpen

### Hoe ze worden gebruikt

Maak de redenen aan in Instellingen.

Selecteer ze vervolgens wanneer je een Contract beëindigt.

Je kunt ook een extra opmerking toevoegen wanneer nodig.
