# Stel sluitredenen in

Je gebruikt afsluitredenen in de laatste fase van je trechter.

Hiermee kun je vastleggen waarom een deal gewonnen of verloren is.

### Maak een afsluitreden aan

### Open CRM-instellingen

Ga naar **Instellingen**.

Open **CRM** of zoek naar **Afsluitredenen**.

### Voeg een afsluitreden toe

Open het overzicht.

Klik **Toevoegen**.

### Vul de reden in

Gebruik een unieke **Code**.

Voer een duidelijke **Beschrijving**.

De afsluitreden is nu beschikbaar in je afsluitfase.
