# Voeg klanten samen en verwijder ze

U kunt klanten samenvoegen of verwijderen vanuit de Klantkaart.

Dit is handig voor dubbele relaties of leads die later weer klant worden.

Verwijderen is permanent. Controleer altijd eerst welke gegevens gekoppeld zijn.

### Wanneer samenvoegen

Samenvoegen is handig als:

* dezelfde organisatie twee keer bestaat
* een oude verloren lead later weer klant wordt
* de geschiedenis op één Klantkaart moet blijven

### Voeg een Klant samen of verwijder een Klant

### Open de Klantkaart

Ga naar **CRM**.

Open de relatie die u wilt beheren.

### Kies de juiste actie

Open de optie om samen te voegen of te verwijderen.

Als u samenvoegt, kies dan de tweede relatie.

Bevestig daarna uw keuze.
