# Wat is CRM+?

CRM+ voegt een verkoopfunnel toe aan OutSmart CRM.

Je werkt met **accounttypen**, **leadfasen**, en **sluitingsredenen**.

Hiermee kun je leads gestructureerd volgen.

### Wat CRM+ toevoegt

* **Accounttypen** bepalen hoe je relaties categoriseert.
* **Leadfasen** tonen waar een lead zich in het proces bevindt.
* **Afsluitredenen** leggen vast waarom een deal gewonnen of verloren is.

### Wanneer CRM+ te gebruiken

Gebruik CRM+ als je:

* proactief leads opvolgt
* verkoopkansen per fase wilt beheren
* over winst en verlies wilt rapporteren

### Hoe de flow werkt
