# Begrijp de koelmiddelbalans

De koudemiddelenbalans is het jaarlijkse overzicht van uw geregistreerde koudemiddelmutaties.

KoudSmart berekent dit op basis van de onderliggende registratiedata.

### Balanslogica in een oogopslag

Een jaarlijkse balans vergelijkt de beginvoorraad, de mutaties gedurende het jaar en de eindvoorraad.

Dit helpt u te controleren of het geregistreerde proces volledig is.

### Waarom de balans belangrijk is

* het ondersteunt de jaarlijkse rapportage
* het maakt ontbrekende of inconsistente gegevens zichtbaar
* het helpt voorraadverschillen per koudemiddel te beoordelen
