# Introductie tot F-gassenformulieren (KoudSmart)

**KoudSmart** ondersteunt de registratie en rapportage van koudemiddel in OutSmart.

Gebruik het wanneer je proces een gestructureerde F-gassen-workflow nodig heeft.

### Waar KoudSmart je mee helpt

* koudemiddelverwerking per installatie registreren
* cilinder- en koudemiddelgegevens consistent houden
* jaarlijkse balans- en registratierapportages genereren
* rapportage ondersteunen met GWP- en CO2-equivalentwaarden

### Wanneer gebruik je het

Gebruik KoudSmart wanneer je serviceproces het vullen, terugwinnen of afvoeren van koudemiddel, of jaarlijkse balansrapportage omvat.

Het is vooral handig voor Nederlandse, compliance-gedreven koeltechnische workflows.
