# Wat zijn Visuele Werkbonnen?

Visual Werkbonnen zetten de volledige werkbon om in een document op basis van PDF.

Medewerkers vullen dat document rechtstreeks in de App in.

### Hoe Visual Werkbonnen werken

Een Visual Werkbon begint met een visueel sjabloon.

Je koppelt dat sjabloon aan het juiste Werktype.

Wanneer je een werkbon met dat Werktype maakt, kun je de visuele lay-out gebruiken.

### Wat Visual Werkbonnen toevoegen

Visual Werkbonnen helpen wanneer je nodig hebt:

* een vaste PDF-opmaak voor de volledige werkbon
* consistente uitvoer per Werktype
* één documentstroom in plaats van aparte schermen en formulieren

### Wat hetzelfde blijft

De werkbon blijft onderdeel van het normale OutSmart-proces.

Gegevens blijven nog steeds gekoppeld aan het werkbonrecord.
