# Maak e-mailsjablonen voor Klantportaal aan

Klantportaal gebruikt afzonderlijke e-mailsjablonen voor portalacties.

Maak deze sjablonen aan voordat je ze koppelt in de portalinstellingen.

### Open e-mailsjablonen

Ga naar **Instellingen → E-mailsjablonen**.

Zoek de sectie met e-mailsjablonen voor portal-e-mails.

### Voeg de sjablonen toe die je nodig hebt

Maak sjablonen voor uitnodigingen, verzoeken, interne meldingen en het opnieuw instellen van wachtwoorden.

### Sla de sjablonen op

Controleer het onderwerp, de afzender en de inhoud.
